December Coach and Play Day
There were two coach and play days over the Christmas holidays and they were both great fun.
All the particpants readied themselves on the range before pairing up for a four ball better ball encouter out on the Low Course at Thornbury.
The format for the day was to play a 4 Ball in the morning and then change the format to a Greensomes in the afternoon.
On both days, it was amazing that the pairs who won the 4 balls in the mornings, struggled to achieve the same results in the afternoon when they played greensomes.
Congratulations go to Joe and Tom for playing their first ever 18 holes, they did brilliantly.
Massive congratulations to Jake, who played the front 9 holes in just 32 shots, a personal best and just 5 over par, great golf indeed.
The next Coach and Play Day is scheduled for Monday 16th February, just get in touch if you'd like to join in.
