Understanding

I have learned to play many other sports, most to a reasonable standard and I have always enjoyed receiving coaching from other sports professionals. I enjoy going to coaching seminars and golf clinics held by top golf teachers and there's always one thing that the best teachers have in common, that's an empathy and understanding with their pupils.

Plain speaking - student lead

I believe a good teacher has to see things from the pupils point of view and talk in a language they understand, at a pace they are comfortable with.

Positive enforcement

A good teacher is able to hold the students attention and get the relevant points across with ease. I always try and find the simplest route to improvement and by helping the student understand the fundamentals of the swing they can actually self-analyse thier own performance.

Achievement and success

You will be delighted and amazed at just how much you will achieve and how quickly you will achieve it. You will see that the lesson plan incorporates 4 sessions working on your game and then 1 session on the course.

Complete improvement programme

This is all part of the 'accelerated learning programme' that you will be a part of. These sessions are not about hitting shot after shot on the range. This is a holistic approach to your golf game, where you improve all aspects such as driving, fairway woods, iron play, chipping, pitching, bunker play, rules, etiquette and golf general knowledge.
